This property served as a project house for previous investors. Previous owners would purchase the home, perform minimal upgrades then use the property for storage space The property required a new foundation, new roof, and a complete overhaul in order to upgrade the home to its new modern look. The finished result was a large open concept home hosting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large family room, can lighting throughout the home, spa like master bathroom with beautiful marble tile and LVP flooring throughout. There was an old detached garage onsite that we repurposed as a one bedroom, one bathroom ADU.
