The online application will not be fully submitted and/or completed if your co-applicants do not complete their application details and accept the screening terms and conditions. Upon Approval of your application, you will no longer be able to edit the information contained in the application form. You will not be able to add, edit or remove any occupants after approval of your application. Acknowledgement & Agreement Upon submission of your application, you acknowledge and agree that you will no longer be able to edit the information contained in the application and any and all charges or amounts due in connection with your application will be charged to the payment method submitted. You acknowledge that the Application Fee(s) will be charged today and is non-refundable for any reason. If your application is approved, the payment method provided will also be charged for the Application Deposit indicated below. This fee will be refundable only if you tell us within forty eight (48) hours after we notify you that your application has been approved that you do not want to execute a Lease. If for any reason you wish to withdraw or abandon your application after submission, you acknowledge and agree that Kustom Properties shall be entitled to retain the Application Fee(s) without further obligation to you. If your application for tenancy is approved, and you do not notify us within forty eight (48) hours after we provide you notice of approval that you do not want to execute a Lease, the Application Deposit shall be retained by Kustom Properties as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, and the apartment for which you have applied shall be released and made available to other applicants and prospective residents. Please note that in order to continue with the application process, all Application Fee(s) will need to be paid for both the primary applicant and if applicable, any additional applicants. The online application will not be fully submitted and/or completed if your co-applicants do not complete their application details and accept the screening terms and conditions. After your application is approved you will not be able to add any additional occupants to your Lease without Kustom Properties' written approval. Please note that in order to continue the application process, all application fees will need to be paid for both the primary applicant and if applicable, any additional applicants. Application Deposit Details An Application Deposit shall be paid at the time of approval of Your Application. The Application Deposit is due as consideration for Landlord holding the Apartment for You during the application process. You understand that if you are approved, execute a Lease Agreement and occupy the Apartment, the Application Deposit will be considered a refundable Security Deposit under the terms of Your Lease.
